Petr Horáček is an award-winning author and illustrator known for his vibrant and imaginative picture books for young children. Born in the Czech Republic, he studied graphic design and fine art before moving to the UK, where he began creating stories inspired by his love of nature and animals. His acclaimed titles include A New House for Mouse, Blue Penguin, Puffin Peter, The Greedy Goat and Silly Suzy Goose, celebrated for their bold colourful artwork and heartfelt themes.
