Ireland’s seventh Laureate na nÓg (2023-2026), Patricia Forde is an award winning children and young people’s writer from Galway. She has written over twenty books, from picture books to novels and her work has been translated extensively. She is bi-lingual, writing in English and in Irish. She loves words and making it up as she goes along!
